When is the rebate available?
The rebate program on Aivlosin® WSG for Ileitis will run May 15, 2021 to July 31, 2021.
Who’s eligible?
Any U.S. pork producer who is invoiced for product purchases and not on a specific Pharmgate product contract is eligible for this rebate.
What do I get?
Eligible pork producers* will receive a rebate on qualifying Aivlosin® WSG purchases during the program period from May 15, 2021 to July 31, 2021. Rebate forms must be submitted by September 15, 2021. The maximum rebate is $500 per producer account.
Eligible participants will receive $10/package of Aivlosin® WSG 400g or $4/package of Aivlosin® WSG 160g in the form of a prepaid gift card from Pharmgate three months after their submission date. The maximum rebate is $500 per producer account.
How do I receive my rebate?
