Applying his veterinary expertise, he serves as vice president of global sales and marketing, leading a dynamic team responsible for sales, technical services and marketing initiatives.<br \/><br \/>\nDon&#8217;t let his title fool you. While he can discuss global strategy and intricate details of animal health, his first job was washing finishing barns at night. He&#8217;s just as comfortable in the barn with his kids and their livestock projects or camping, hiking and kayaking. Then, he spent eight years in Ames at Iowa State for his veterinary degree. He jokes that he got educated and is an avid Cyclones fan now.<br \/><br \/>\nNow he uses that education and vast experience as a practicing vet to support pork producers to use Pharmgate products the most effectively. He is passionate about vaccines and uses that expertise to set pigs up for success. Being from a row crop and livestock operation in the nation&#8217;s largest swine state, he loves helping livestock producers like his dad and brother. He used his Iowa State University veterinary degree as a senior veterinarian overseeing the health of 120,000 sows and 1.5 million finishing spaces throughout the Midwest for a large pig production system.<br \/><br \/>\nNow, he uses it in his travels across the country, grabbing a slice of Casey&#8217;s pizza on the way, to help producers and veterinarians find solutions to their health challenges. He knows pork producers need a variety of products for various challenges.
