James holds MS and PhD degrees in Poultry Science and Poultry Nutrition from Louisiana State and the University of Arkansas and is well acquainted with the industry through his previous career in technical service, clinical research and product development positions with Alpharma and Huvepharma.
Ray Williams is appointed as Manufacturing Manager at the plant in Omaha, NE. Ray has an extensive background in production and operations management of medicinal feed additives with Pfizer and both production management and ingredient merchandizing with various poultry and feed milling companies.
Chad Howser joined the company as Senior Marketing Manager. He will focus on product management for the feed additive business and support to the feed milling and cattle industry segments. Chad holds a BS degree in Marketing and after a sales career in the pharmaceutical industry, spent the last eight years in product management with ADM Alliance Nutrition.
These appointments will position the company well as it enters its next phase of expansion.
