Jinhe Biotechnology Co. Ltd.

Jinhe manufacturing facility is located in Inner Mongolia, P.R. China and boasts the largest fermentation capacity in the world. The plant is dedicated to the quality manufacture of key animal health molecules, chlortetracycline feed grade, chlortetracycline hydrochloride and salinomycin. Our 400 m3 fermentation vessel capacity is monitored by the most advanced automated process control and quality control laboratory. Our capacity permits us to adapt to ever changing demand ensuring consistent product supply in satisfying our customer needs.

The plant has operated for more than 20 years with substantial investment in plant, process control, waste water, environmental and quality systems. We received our first Veterinary Master File by the US FDA in 1994, a second Veterinary Master File was granted in 2007. Additionally, we received ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2001 and Chinese and Australian GMP certifications in 2002. Most recently we were inspected and certified by the FDA in July of 2011.

Our products range from active pharmaceutical ingredients to formulated final/finished products. Downstream processes have been perfected to produce consistent quality formulations in a single streamlined process, thereby keeping manufacturing cost to a minimum.
